The Super-Softie Kit features the CMIT Lyre Multipoint with a Camera/shoe adaptor and a Rycote Sticker, and it is fully compatible with the Schoeps CMIT5U as well as many other brands of shotgun microphones.

The Softie Kit reduces handling noise through the use of the Rycote Lyre technology, and wind noise is eliminated with the Rycote Super Softie Windshield. The Rycote 3D tex fabric used in the windshield maintains almost complete acoustic transparency while effectively reducing wind noise.
